About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to lead our team and make a real impact on our customers and the environment. As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, coordinating and overseeing multiple projects, and promoting a strong safety and quality driven mindset among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of technicians to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.
Requirements
  • Trained or qualified as an apprentice or to an equivalent NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours.
