Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Team Member to assist with the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest requests, ensuring security and safety procedures are adhered to, and providing general support to the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Manage guest requests and ensure they are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security and safety procedures during the night shift, including regular security checks throughout the hotel.
  • Support Services: Provide general support to the hotel staff during the night shift, including assisting with maintenance or housekeeping tasks as required.
  • Food and Beverage Services: Serve food and beverages to guests as required, and assist with setting up meeting rooms and other areas as needed.
  • Front Desk Services: Check guests in and out of the hotel as required, and handle any emergency situations that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management as required, including any incidents or issues that may have occurred during the night shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night team member role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
