We are seeking a skilled Route Delivery Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Develop and implement delivery routes and schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliveries.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the business.
