Corporate Accounting Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting Specialist to join our team at Included Health, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across all company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Transactions: Monitor and process cash receipts for over 30 bank accounts, as well as auto debits, manual wires, and sweep transfers transactions for all bank accounts.
- Bank Reconciliations: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including reconciliation of Paypal, Braintree, and Square accounts with merchant fees.
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve outstanding checks and support month-end close processes, ensuring all fixed assets transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting operations, preferably with ERP system experience (Workday).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data to various audiences.
