About the Role

We are seeking experienced SEN Support Professionals to join our supply team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will work in inclusive and supportive schools across the city, providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to meet the needs of students.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various schools and adapt to different settings.
