- Work with clients to define their requirements and ensure our solutions meet their needs.

- Develop solutions based on technical designs.

- Ensure development meets FNZ coding standards and perform code reviews of solutions.
- Execute tests to validate technical designs, functional designs, and client business requirements.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with established standards.
- Investigate and diagnose support issues, working closely with clients to ensure successful resolution.
- Coordinate with the implementation/release team during projects and small changes.
- Provide feedback on project and support work to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and FNZ.
- Assist clients in the implementation of Figaro functionality as necessary.
