We are seeking a Clinical Mental Health Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. This role is responsible for auditing the work of a small team of Mental Health professionals working under the AMHP service.

Responsibilities
  • Audit the work of Mental Health professionals and provide feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement quality assurance procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

This role requires a good understanding of Mental Health procedures and experience managing a team of Social Work Professionals. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential, as well as a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.

Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Mental Health procedures

The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional development.
