Senior Adult Mental Health Nurse Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to take on a leadership role in our Adult Acute Admissions ward with General Adult Services.
We are seeking a confident and forward-thinking individual who can lead and manage a team of nurses, providing high-quality person-centred care to patients. The successful candidate will have significant experience working within adult mental health services and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed to quality improvement, and dedicated to the development of their skills. They will also be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge and expertise in dealing with complex patient situations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £31,383 - £45,423 per annum, pro rata for part-time staff, based on a 37-hour working week from April 2024. Please note that some flexibility may be required initially due to changes in working patterns.
