Cover Supervision Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students in various settings.
This role requires a strong understanding of educational policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver Pre-Set Work: Supervise and deliver pre-set work across various subjects.
- Pupil Engagement: Ensure pupils remain on task and focused.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Adhere to School Policies: Follow the school's policies and procedures, including behaviour policy.
- Professional Representation: Uphold professionalism and integrity as a representative of Teachers Together Ltd.
