Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and empathetic individual to join our team as an Independent Living Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide person-centred support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting residents with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning.
  • Encouraging and enabling residents to follow agreed care plans.
  • Providing personal care to residents, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
  • Assisting residents with getting up in the morning and helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening.

An offer of employment will be subject to the satisfactory completion of an enhanced disclosure check, satisfactory references, and induction training.

Salary: £23,597.31 per annum, pro rata, based on working 25 hours per week.
