Role Summary:

This night personal assistant position at UKCIL Ltd presents a unique opportunity for a motivated and caring professional to support a young adult with Autism in their daily life. By joining our team, you will contribute to enhancing the individual's independence, social skills, and overall well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe access to community resources and activities
  • Provide assistance with daily routines, such as cooking and meal planning
  • Cultivate independent living skills through tailored guidance

Working Pattern:

  • Term time: 3 hours/day weekdays, 5 hours/day weekends
  • School holidays: 15 hours/day weekdays, 5 hours/day weekends

Hourly Rate:

The compensation for this role is £12.40/weekday and £15.44/weekend.

Preferred Attributes:

Flexibility, experience working with Autism, and possession of a car would be beneficial. A DBS check will be conducted upon hiring.

Estimated Annual Salary: approximately £27,000 - £32,000, considering the stipulated hourly rates and regular working hours.
