Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Clinical Eye Screening Programme. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the programme manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide clerical support to the programme manager, including responding to patient enquiries and managing appointment schedules.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and other administrative tasks.
  3. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
