Job Description

The Team Administrator and Support Professional will provide administrative support to the whole team, based in our office in Spennymoor. The ideal candidate will be able to send relevant information to carers, help with post and mailouts, keep Charitylog records up-to-date, complete admin tasks, and assist with event administration as needed.

This role requires the ability to get to our office in Spennymoor, but travel expenses can be reimbursed in accordance with our policy. The successful candidate will participate in our induction and recruitment process, agree to an enhanced DBS check if necessary, and attend regular supervisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send relevant information to carers upon registration completion
  • Assist with post and mailouts
  • Keep Charitylog records up-to-date
  • Complete admin tasks, including training by the team
  • Assist with event administration as needed

Requirements:

  • Participate in our induction and recruitment process
  • Agree to an enhanced DBS check if necessary
  • Participate in required training and any subsequent mandatory training
  • Attend 2 of 4 peer support sessions per year
  • Participate in regular supervisions
