Plumbing Apprenticeship Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Progress Coach, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the progress of apprentices enrolled in the plumbing Apprenticeship programme.
Key Duties:
- Carry out regular progress reviews for first-year plumbing apprentices, checking attendance and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
- Facilitate effective communication between apprentices, employers, and College staff, ensuring timely exchange of information and addressing any issues or queries.
- Organise and liaise with lecturers and employers to ensure effective communication and successful learning outcomes for apprentices.
Person Specification: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, and preferably a qualification in electrical installation or another construction trade.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits, including discounted gym membership, free parking, and a modern hair and beauty salon.
