Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise production areas, machinery, equipment, toilets, and office spaces according to established protocols.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of waste materials properly.
  • Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms and break areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years previous experience in industrial cleaning.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work the night shift, and holidays if necessary.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
