We are seeking an experienced Payroll Solutions Manager to join our Newcastle-based team, responsible for delivering high-quality pension payrolls for leading UK companies.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in payroll administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, working closely with technical pension administration teams to resolve queries and manage day-to-day activities.

  • Managing standard and non-standard payroll tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.
  • Liaising with technical pension administration teams to resolve queries and manage normal business activities.
  • Entering payroll and data onto the system, gathering information for analysis purposes.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with payroll projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
  • Guiding junior team members, providing feedback and support when needed.
  • Escalating errors and discrepancies as required.
