Job Title: Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
