Home Care Assistant Opportunity in Westminster

Home Instead Westminster is an Outstanding rated provider delivering high-quality care and support in Central London. We cover North and South Westminster and the city of London and are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers to join our existing team of professional Carers.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: From £13.50 to £14.50 per hour, with bank holiday pay rates from £27 per hour.
  • Minimum 3 Hour Calls: With client matching for continuity.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We offer morning, afternoon, and evening visits, with a minimum of 3 hours at a time, and often longer.
  • Training and Development: Full induction program with award-winning training and opportunities to develop your career further.
  • Pension Scheme: Available to our employees.
Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and wellbeing support to clients.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking and light housework.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments.
  • Assist with personal care, such as washing, dressing, or bathing.
