What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: Enjoy hourly rates from £13.50 to £14.50, with bank holiday pay rates from £27 per hour.
  • Minimum 3-Hour Calls: Ensure continuity with client matching and enjoy a minimum of 3 hours of uninterrupted time with each client.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Receive your schedule a month in advance, based on your availability, and choose from morning, afternoon, and evening visits.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide companionship and wellbeing support to our clients, helping them with everyday tasks, accessing their community, and maintaining their independence.
