A top-tier Regional Main Contractor seeks a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead their high-end residential new build, refurbishment, alteration, and extension projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established company with over half a century of experience in carrying out various construction projects throughout the Oxfordshire area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial skills, be able to work autonomously on multiple projects, and possess a strong track record of working on luxury residential projects. A full UK driver's license and ability to commute to Oxford daily are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading high-end residential new build, refurbishment, alteration, and extension projects
  • Working autonomously on multiple projects
  • Managing project budgets and timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Strong commercial skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects
  • Fully qualified in quantity surveying practices and procedures
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to commute to Oxford daily
