Residential Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various new build residential projects, utilizing your expertise in quantity surveying to deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our client values quality and customer satisfaction above all else.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of working autonomously on multiple projects, possess excellent commercial skills, and hold a full UK Driver's Licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new build residential projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in residential construction.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant construction software.
  • A full UK Driver's Licence.
