Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at Dornan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and staff, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage mail and packages, ensuring prompt distribution to relevant departments.
- Be familiar with purchasing systems, including raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices, and goods receipting.
- Arrange purchasing of goods and services, spares, and consumables as required for site operations.
- Assist with data compilation to produce reports and statistics for management information and budget purposes.
- Maintain staff records, including training, PPE, laundry, and booking training courses.
- Proactively manage meeting room allocation, cleanliness, and cleaning services, as well as arrange lunches and refreshments.
- Assist with composition and management of documentation related to Quality, Completion Packs, and HSE.
- Provide secretarial services, including taking meeting minutes, filing, and photocopying.
- Input stock movements and spares control for items held on the asset registers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
