About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the data analytics team to deliver high-quality insights and campaign data to the marketing and digital teams.
  • Develop and maintain customer dashboards to provide real-time visibility into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Support the marketing team with campaign selections and BAU processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing, and apply new techniques and tools to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in a numerate subject, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience in an industry that deals with volume customers, such as retail.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel metrics and budget management.
  • Ability to use data software to interrogate information and present findings to multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of different software packages and understanding of how data lakes are structured.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
