Pertemps Aylesbury is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, working 40 weeks out of the year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including answering telephone inquiries, welcoming visitors, and assisting with customer service and administrative tasks. They will also be required to produce professional business documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, letters, emails, reports, and online purchase requisitions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic team environment and develop their skills in administration and customer service. If you have experience in admin or an office-based customer service role and possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, then we want to hear from you.

Salary: £11,403.26 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Duties:

  • First Point of Contact: Represent the department by answering telephone inquiries and welcoming visitors.
  • Customer Service and Administrative Activities: Assist the department with a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring effective implementation of service standards.
  • Document Production: Support the Head of the Department, Course Managers, and program area staff by creating professional business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, letters, emails, reports, and online purchase requisitions.
