Employee Relations Specialist

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to find an Experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day HR support to select stakeholders within the business and to take the lead in the development and management of an agreed area. The key duties of this role include:
- Providing expert procedural advice during investigations
- Leading on employee relations cases
- Delivering essential HR training
You will work closely with leaders and line managers to ensure that HR issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise to make a real impact within the business.
