**Job Overview**
Twenty4Seven Education is working alongside a modern primary school in a residential area to find an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil with SEND within the foundation phase.
**The School**
This English-medium setting has been recently built with an intake of approximately 45 pupils per year-group. They take pride in their community feel, as well as their balanced and inclusive curriculum and the quality of pastoral care offered.
**The Role**
The successful candidate will begin working on a one to one basis supporting a foundation phase pupil with additional learning needs. The role involves assisting the pupil in accessing the curriculum and day to day school life, as well as supporting the classroom teacher.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Working one to one with a pupil with additional learning needs
* Assisting the pupil in accessing the curriculum
* Assisting the pupil in day to day school life
* Supporting the classroom teacher
**Requirements**
* Experience of working within an educational setting
* Good command of the English language
* Understanding of how to support children with SEND
* May have experience of working in similar roles
