Clinical Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Transformation Specialist to join our team at the 306 North London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve the delivery of our mental health services.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of children and young people's mental health services, as well as experience of working within a multicultural framework. They will work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of referral pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective case management systems to ensure the care and continuity of treatment for children and young people.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and clinical pathways to coordinate the clinic-based service.
- Lead the development of integrated care pathways to improve outcomes for children and young people.
