About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Demand Planner. You'll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, utilizing our demand planning tool, and collaborating with our Brand, Community, Growth, and Operations teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and collaboration with our teams.
  • Utilize our demand planning tool and your own techniques to create short-term and long-term demand plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to demand patterns, customer orders, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and demand trends to key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of experience in demand planning within an FMCG organization.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft-based products with advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to build successful relationships internally and externally to enable seamless communication.
  • Meticulous analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for our unique mission and an interest in wellness.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to handle complex analytical problems.
