We're looking for a skilled Demand Planner to play a key role in our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will develop accurate demand forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stock availability while minimising excess inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop short-term and long-term demand plans based on historical data, market trends, and collaboration.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills and our demand planning tool to create accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet demand.
  • Analyse and interpret data related to demand patterns, customer orders, and sales performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in demand planning within an FMCG organisation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft-based products with advanced Excel skills.
  • Meticulous analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
