Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist to join our team at Vertical Advantage.
About the Role:
- Lead demand planning for customers with a 12-month rolling horizon, ensuring accuracy and eliminating bias.
- Manage and analyze EMEA forecast reports, collaborating with the commercial team to meet deadlines and document assumptions.
- Prepare accuracy reports for customer forecast reviews with Account Managers, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate and enhance forecast accuracy through trend analysis, SKU variance identification, and precise forecasting.
About You:
- A graduate calibre candidate or equivalent working experience in an analytical supply chain role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working in a FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, with a positive and flexible attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a hybrid role with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus and benefits.
