About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a salary of circa £45,000 per annum, 23 leave days + 8 bank holidays, and hybrid remote working options (4 days in the office).

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure demand plans are reflective of current market trends and commercial opportunities, while maintaining flexibility to maximise growth potential.">
  • Match sales, demand and supply planning to meet business commercial targets across all territories and the expanding product portfolio.">
  • Develop and deliver key performance metrics within the S&OP process improving accountability, efficiency, cashflow and profitability along the way.">

The Ideal Candidate

">
  • Tertiary qualification or degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.">
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.">
  • Use of Demand Planning software and ERP experience essential (SAP will be advantageous).">
  • Strong personal computer skills and advanced proficiency in the use of Excel, including spreadsheet tools.">
  • Good mathematical/statistical knowledge demonstrated capability in modelling, analysis and simulations tools.">
