This role will be based in the EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) Space line of business, which will be part of a team delivering international space missions for satellites, launchers, and interplanetary vehicles. The company works with both national and international space agencies like NASA and European Space Agency as well as commercial providers. This is a role that can truly be said to impact people across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager is accountable for managing and leading projects with achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives across all phases of the project. This role will support both production and design and development projects with an emphasis on both short-term and long-term strategies.

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and direct project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure project compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage project reports and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ Years of Project Management experience.
  • 5 Years of ERP or packaged software implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge/experience with multiple applications, technology, and database platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with integration of acquisitions is highly desirable. Proficiency in a language other than English is also highly desirable.
