About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for our Managed Services offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for our Managed Services business.
  • Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to promote our Managed Services offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Managed Services market and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
