About the Role:

MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Delivery Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes across our Northern Ireland framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital delivery strategy that aligns with our business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of digital tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital delivery and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and delivery, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions that drive business value.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including BIM 360 Field and Synchro.
