About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Referral Coordinator to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a key member of our Community Health & Wellbeing division, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Work Well program.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be the first point of contact for referrers and participants, providing exceptional support and ensuring a lasting impression. Your administrative skills will be put to good use, scheduling, communicating, and generating reports to support the program's success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications, and suppliers to support business needs, with a focus on Microsoft-based products.
- Experience with Windows desktop OS and Office 365.
- Familiarity with a broad range of hardware, including printers, tablets, mobiles, and laptops.
- Previous extensive experience in IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk experience.

Location
This is a home-based role, with occasional in-person team meetings in West London, requiring overnight travel. Travel costs will be covered, and sufficient notice will be given.
