Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at PDA Search & Selection. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our clients' web systems, working closely with Technical and Contract managers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain records within our in-house document management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Proactively manage our client's systems, uploading paperwork and closing jobs within set Service Level Agreements.
  • Prepare and send daily reports to managers for review, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Liaise with Technical managers to ensure engineers' paperwork is correct and ready for upload to client systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, covering the Town Centre Management reception desk, answering calls, and greeting customers, tenants, and contractors.
  • Perform other reasonable ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator in an office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
