Care Professional with Leadership Skills

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents. This involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care is provided.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, including medication management and care planning.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration among team members.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working in a care setting. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.
Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
