We're looking for a passionate and caring individual to join our Care Team in Salisbury Manor. As a Care Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising shifts, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead your shift team to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and residents' families.
  • Administer and record medications accurately and safely.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take preventative measures.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily living activities.
  • Participate in service development by sharing ideas and expertise with the leadership team.
  • Maintain a professional and inclusive approach at all times.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • A proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Ability to administer medication or willingness to undergo training.
  • A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
