About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our programme delivery function, you will be responsible for leading and guiding cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional Agile teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Apply agile methodologies and techniques to drive effective delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and manage delivery risk, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
  • Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and monitoring progress.
  • Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a commercial business, ideally in a digital product delivery role.
  • Proven experience using agile and scaled agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and MAHD.
  • Understanding of technologies behind connected devices, mobile apps, data infrastructure, and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead and facilitate solutions.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Top-class communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
