Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our team at Great State. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and products using appropriate project management methodologies, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of delivery managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects and products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior delivery experience in digital, with strong agile delivery experience
  • Experience of project managing complex, full life-cycle projects in excess of £500k and programmes of work of £1m+
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to lead and serve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, with the ability to objectively resolve challenges
  • Collaborative and team-based approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
