The Role: Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital projects from initiation to completion. You will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects adhere to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of digital project lifecycles, encompassing research, strategy, design, development, and testing.
  • Proactively lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to optimize project workflows.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing digital projects, with a strong understanding of agile delivery principles.
  • Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex web projects valued at £150k to £500k+.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring and inspiring teams.
