Job Description

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for proactively supporting clients and managing the routine aspects of client accounts in conjunction with the Scheduling team and Account Managers.

  • Become a super user of the company's data management system, understanding differences between client functionalities.
  • Administer client portfolio variations, in conjunction with the Helpdesk (sold/new sites).
  • Take ownership of queries to ensure resolution or escalate to the Helpdesk, updating clients on progress if there are delays in responses.

This role requires an excellent relationship builder who can provide a supportive voice to clients through phone calls or emails. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Updating service fees on a yearly basis as agreed with Account Directors.
  • Running monthly exports as required for work planning purposes.
  • Ensuring the Account Director and/or Technical Account Managers are fully briefed on relevant client-specific issues and providing summary information on account status for client meetings.
