Paediatric Nurse Opportunity with Flexible Shifts

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a key member of our staff bank, you will have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts across various Trusts in England, allowing you to balance your professional and personal responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Paediatric Lead to ensure seamless care delivery
- Work closely with patients' families and carers to discuss their child's care and condition
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations
- Operate specialized equipment, such as monitors and ventilators, with precision and confidence

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years
- Current NMC registration and compliance with current nursing practices
- Paediatric Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification
