About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our team at Konker Jobs. As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, you will be working across all RIBA Stages, utilizing Vectorworks software, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management and Contract Administration
  • Assisting colleagues in the office
  • Working on a wide variety of projects, including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, and listed & historic buildings
Requirements
  • BSc or BA Hons in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 Accreditation)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Driver's license and car ownership (or live within a commutable distance of Exmoor/Somerset)
