We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our team at Konker Jobs. As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, you will be working across all RIBA Stages, utilizing Vectorworks software, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management and contract administration, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working across all RIBA Stages
• Utilizing Vectorworks software (training provided)
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Project management and contract administration
• Supporting other colleagues in the office

Requirements:

• Hold a BSc or BA Hons in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 Accreditation)
• Live within a commutable distance of Exmoor/Somerset
• Hold a valid driver's license and own a car
• Right to work in the UK
