The dining establishment offers contemporary British cuisine, while the inviting bar serves a traditional menu. Guests can enjoy the lovely garden area with outdoor seating. Some accommodations include elegant four-poster beds. Nestled on a hillside in the picturesque town of Dunster, the hotel is a short walk from a notable local landmark.
Main Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled assistant kitchen manager with a background in a rosette-rated environment to join our dynamic team of 7 chefs. As a privately owned establishment with 28 guest rooms, bustling bars, and an à la carte restaurant, we require an experienced culinary professional to support the daily operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in leading and nurturing the team.
