Job Title: Training and Assessment Lead

About the Company:

The Best Practice Network is committed to supporting educators in achieving excellence. As a Training and Assessment Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our training programs to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content that meets awarding body standards.
  • Support trainers in delivering training sessions, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant degree or have 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Have expertise in adult learning principles and assessment methods.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
