Job Responsibilities

  • You will be based in our Newmarket office and work Monday to Friday.
  • As a Mechanical Engineering Trainee, you will assist with booking service work, shipping instruments, and providing technical support over the phone.
  • Once trained, there may be opportunities to move into a field-based on-site role.

Benefits

  • The successful candidate can expect a salary of £23,000 - £25,500 per annum.
  • In addition to your salary, you will receive an annual bonus.
  • You will also be entitled to 25 days holiday per year.
  • We offer private healthcare and life insurance as part of our benefits package.

Requirements

  • A qualification in mechanical engineering or a related discipline is essential for this role.
  • Candidates from an automotive technician background are also encouraged to apply.
  • You must be self-motivated and willing to do hands-on repair work.
  • You should be able to commute to our office in Newmarket.

Location

This role is based in our Newmarket office, so you must be able to commute to this location regularly.
