About the Role:
This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to reducing downtime by providing top-notch technical support. As a Trainee Service Engineer, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and progress to becoming a fully qualified External Service Engineer.

Key Tasks:
- Servicing and calibration of instruments
- Booking in/shipping service work
- Technical support over the phone

What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Compensation Package:
- Salary: £23k-£25.5k per annum
- Annual bonus
