Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.
  • Assist Financial Planners with day-to-day client management, including dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and client files, scanning and indexing documents and emails to our Virtual Cabinet system.
  • Prepare meeting packs with relevant forms for client meetings and update stocks of compliance forms as required.
  • Process new business applications, track and manage the new business pipeline, and set up model portfolios.
  • Invest funds, switch funds, and set up regular buys/sells.
  • Prepare valuations and review packs as required and liaise with Product Providers to obtain plan information.
  • Maintain a client database/CRM system and assist the Paraplanning Team as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Methodical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Virtual Cabinet is preferred but not essential.
